The following page is from an FVZA manual on hand-to-hand combat with zombies. The illustrations show how to perform a wristlock to break out of a right-handed lapel or collar grab from a zombie in three steps:

      1.   Grab the zombie's hand with your left and and yank it it away from your collar or lapel.

      2.   Clamp your right hand over the inside of the zombie's hand.

      3.   Use both hands to twist the zombie's wrist forcefully down and away from your body.
