During his 30-year career with the Federal Vampire & Zombie Agency, Dr. Hugo Pecos rose from fledgling scientist on the Zozobra Project to directorship of the entire Southwest Region. While not quite the superhero depicted in this caricature given to him upon his retirement, the late Dr. Pecos did more than his fair share to rid the United States of vampires and zombies.
