Date/Time:3/20/05, 1700 hours
Incident: My younger sister was walking with me through Wal-Mart when she decided to look at CDs. I was standing there, trying to decide between two CDs, when she came over and said "can we go?" I asked her what was wrong but just then my back prickled and I looked over to see a tall man in all black with long black hair. He locked eyes with mine and I quickly looked away, afraid he would roll me.
I took my younger sister and we started hurriedly walking through Wal-Mart. When I finally looked back I realized he was following us and so I picked up the pace. We finally lost him when I maneuvered into a crowd of people. He didn't show up again but I knew he was a vampire and am currently looking for more information on him. Will follow up.
