Date/Time: November 24, 2003/1800 hours

Incident: I was on my way out to my truck to go to a meeting when I saw something run across the street about hundred yards away. It was dark outside but I was able to make out the rough shape of it. It was about the size of a large dog and very fast. Although it ran on all fours it was most definitely NOT a dog as it looked somewhat human; like a human crawling on the hands and feet [not hands and knees, hands and feet] with the torso about three feet off the ground.
