Incident Report

Agent/Witness: Anonymous

Base: St. Louis, Missouri

Date/Time: August 21, 2003

Incident: I am pleased to find a government website that produces information that most of the public labels as "myth" or "false."

I am currently working as a mortician and funeral director in the St. Louis, MO area. Recently, I examined a male corpse who was about 30 at time of death. The results were unlike any I have ever seen.

The man supposedly had died from poisoning of some sort. Upon examination of the mouth, I noticed that the canines were quite larger than any normal human. In addition, when I opened up the stomach, a large amount of blood spilled out. I took a few samples of the blood to a hematologist, who discovered that the blood from the decedent's stomach contained DNA from many different people. I also had the hematologist examine the corpse's blood. The results showed that the decedent had a lower supply of hemoglobin and was infected with the mononegavirales virus or Human Vampiric Virus (HVV).

I am convinced that the corpse was a vampire but am still not sure as to the cause of death. My curiosity brings me to ask if the Agency has a knowledge of possible infections and or exterminations in the city and surrounding areas. If at all possible, locations, most recent incidents, and dates would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Note: anyone with information that might be helpful should e-mail me and I will forward it to the person who filed this report.
