Incident: I have attempted to investigate the link between the recent murders with the Santa Rosa Institute, but someone has made progress very difficult. Evidence has disappeared from a police station, reports have been censored and in some cases classified, and a homeless man reported seeing strange men in overcoats at the scene of the second murder. One of the men mentioned the name Westhead. The significance of this is unkown, but I fear the worse and continue to investigate.
