Date/Time: December 4, 2004/1645 hours

Incident: I have tried to report this to the so-called "professional" organizations, but they all called me a liar who needs professional help. Anyhow, I was driving back from work down Howard Avenue when I came up to the light on Howard and Cabana. I could see a guy in the distance pounding on the windows of the cars waiting at the light. As I joined the waiting cars I got a clear look at the man; he had a beard, wore a white dress shirt, and he looked very dead. Under his left armpit was a bloodstain along with what seemed to be teeth marks. He came over to my car, but luckily I got the windows up in time. He was gnawing on my window trying to get to me. As soon as the light turned green I along with everyone else hightailed it out of there.
