Date/Time: June 22, 2004/1700 hours
Incident: We received a call from a contact who reported a nauseating stench rising from a drainage pipe near the construction area where they work. Normally, a bad small from a sewage pipe wouldn't arouse our interests or warrant any sort of investigation, but the drainage pipe in question is located not a mile from a neighborhood through which we chased two zombies not long ago. We decided to be safe rather than sorry and investigate. A search of the drainage pipe turned up the mutilated carcass of a sow. It was very rotten and appeared to have been gnawed on. We're checking the directories for nearby farms that raise pigs. Will report back with any progress.
