Dedicated to
Hugo Pecos, 1923-2015

Former Director, FVZA

From 1869 to 1975, the Federal Vampire & Zombie Agency (FVZA), also known as the Vampire National Guard (Vanguard), was responsible for controlling the nation's vampire and zombie populations while overseeing scientific research into the undead. This site was created by Hugo Pecos (1923-2015) as a tribute to the men and women who served in the FVZA, especially the over 4000 Agents who lost their lives fighting to keep our country safe. Though Dr. Pecos is gone, we continue to maintain this space in his honor.
